Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the individual may be suspended, and balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. luckygameph is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luckygameph login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify luckygameph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. luckygameph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
luckygameph is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation before withdrawals are processed or at any other time luckygameph deems necessary. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal functionality suspended.
luckygameph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. luckygameph reserves the right to adjust these minimums at any time with reasonable notice to users.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, luckygameph and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
luckygameph will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the services described herein, or as described in the Privacy Policy. All data is stored and processed in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection standards.
luckygameph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination for cause, luckygameph reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification.
You may close your luckygameph account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting luckygameph's support team. luckygameph will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable.
luckygameph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, luckygameph will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the luckygameph Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
